"I loved my experience at Keller Smiles!! The dental team was kind and professional from the second I walked in the door. My dental assistant, Oscar, was so personable and explained everything he was doing. The Dr. That saw me was so quick and easygoing! He did an amazing job at explaining what he saw. We discussed different options for retainers and he was so helpful in answering any questions I had. This will be my dentist from now on!"

"Came by 1:30 Thursday to present my insurance card and discuss while near my gym. Not open. Door locked. Not at lunch unless 1:30 is lunch. No answer. Called again no answer. Hours posted on website and front door. 8-5 M-S. It’s Thursday. Leave a note on the door is it’s an emergency. Sorry. One star. Explain and I’ll remove it. Funeral or 911 Only."

"I'm highly concerned. I've made several attempts at calling the office line to no avail (no one picks up the phone or calls back or even emails during business hours), I've texted the office line pursuant to your voicemail recording(no one responds), I've received a bill for an insurance claim when I haven't been seen (ethically questionable), and was charged for a missed appointment when the person on the phone said I didn't have an appointment scheduled. It's extremely concerning when you can be charged for a missed appointment when your office doesn't call back/or answer the phone line. I'm a new customer and this drove me elsewhere. Please have someone call me immediately and I would be happy to remove my negative posting. If no response is received my negative review will stay up. Update: 1/24/2023 Still no response since this was posted."

"This was our first time at the office and I must say we had and excellent experience. My two children went for a check up and when we left out my oldest talked about how she really enjoyed her visit. She even came home and talked about it to her dad. She said “this was the best dentist visit I have ever had”. Everyone was amazing!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist office!!"
