"I have finally found a Dentist who could help me with my TMJ. Dr. Saurabh Singhal DDS Is the best dentist I have found in 10 years. The office is awesome and the employees are amazing!! Dr Singhal helped me understand why I had so much facial pain, especially on the left side of my face. This was occurring with a sinus infection every 6 weeks. I went to two ENT Doctors and two allergists. None of them had any solutions. My allergy’s was the only one who said I needed to go to a TMJ specialist! West Keller Dentist was recommended to me by a friend. I researched the dentist and found 5 star reviews!! I will never go anywhere else in the future. Dr Singhal was excellent!!! He also works with you if you are short on funds. No surprises at the end of your visit!! I highly recommend this Dental office."
