"We bought a REALLY expensive mattress. The one in the store was comfortable, however we got our mattresses and it's like sleeping on a slab of concrete. The guy that helped us was Archie. He was awesome,but will never buy from here again."

"The employees were not overly pushing us to buy anything. We were greeted at the door and asked what we were looking for. We were given a general layout of the store and allowed to look without the pressure of someone following us around. When we did decide to purchase something, we were not pushed to buy something more expensive or anything like that. Things were explained clearly and the final sale of our products went much quicker than expected."
"I went in looking for a recliner that would be comfortable enough for my bad back. Our salesperson name was Kelsey. She was very sweet and professional. I explained what I was looking for and she looked for the best suited for my needs. Kelsey took the time to show me all the details of each chair and then gave me the space to decide which one I wanted. She explained all the details of the contract along with the warranty policy. Overall, I was very pleased with my first visit to Bob Mills."
