"My family has been going to Dr Walls office off and on since 2006. We moved away and the dentist I was going to seemed expensive for an implant so I made an appointment at Dr Walls office for 2nd opinion. I went in for consultation and Dr Wall came in and looked at my mouth he then had me go into the office next to restroom to show me on the computer my gums. He said we needed the xray of the whole mouth or whatever it is. He said since your insurance already paid the other dentist if they don't cover it we will just remove it. So I said okay. Then I went to check out and get the break down of the price for implant and OMG it was so much higher. So to be honest I canceled the appt to start the process. I then got a bill a few weeks later and when I finally called them they said that Dr Wall never said that. The office lady didn't listen at all. I don't even know if she talked to Dr Wall. BOTTOM LINE IS DR WALL SAID HE WOULD REMOVE THE CHARGE IF INSURANCE DIDN'T PAY."

"Staff very rude. She is the one on the right as you come in. Make sure that she explains everything like cost and how much insurance will pay for before the procedure is done! She claims she did and claims after 23 years of working there that this is the first time it has happen to her where a client had issues with bill! I told her that SHE did not discuss any payment procedure for a deep clean up that felt like a regular clean up where I did not feel any pain while doing the so call dee clean up procedure! I felt like any regular clean up! Anyways she was billing me close to $380 bucks and stated that insurance was paying 90% and I was out of pocket for the rest which it came out about$ 380.00 The procedure total that was bill to insurance was $408. That is not 90%. After arguing with her she gave me a discount great! Still out of pocket was$220.00 .I guess she looked at my out of network and try to screw me to what ever I have in my insurance since it renews in December to another $2000 bucks! Terrible service"

"My husband and I have been patient’s of Dr. Wall’s for nearly 10 years. We go for teeth cleanings and I have had dental work done. I love that Dr. Wall takes a conservative treatment approach. He also has great technology and I was able to get a crown done in one visit! The front desk staff are the nicest front office staff I’ve ever experienced from any doctor facility. Today, I had my cleaning w Rhonda. She was so gentle and it was so peaceful I could have fallen asleep. I’m so thankful for Dr. wall and his amazing team!"
