KC is absolutely wonderful, very attentive to her patience. She ensures that they are comfortable and she gave me really great advice on what steps towards treatment I should take, she rocks! Dr Hayer is awesome too very welcoming and kind."

"So during normal business days I have had a good experience here. And I would recommend. But today on Jan 15 ,MLK day, cold snowy day I had an appointment at 10am. Its 1030 and their not open, called 2 different numbers(voicemail), and have not received any response(call, email,text) to say their running late or not opening, lets reschedule..etc. Nothing. Its disappointing when I make an appointment a week ago, and they sent me several confirmation emails and the day comes and they dont show up. Or let me know. I took time off work and drove in a cold snowy/ice road to make my appointment only to be left out in the cold. Very dissapointed ,it felt very unprofessional of them to leave a client waiting without notice. I hope management makes changes to their operations to prevent this from happening again."

"Went to ProSmiles on Clifford today for a routine visit. The girls at the front desk were so sweet. They greeted me kindly and checked me in. Within a few minutes, the dental assistant called me back and guided me to the room. Kay took great care of my needs with patience and understanding. She answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Singh was amazing. He took extra care to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process; asking repeatedly if I was doing okay. I think I’ve found my new dental office."
