"First time there, was seen quickly. The techs and doctor were very professional and explained thoroughly. At the end the billing people explained everything in detail. Overall a good visit."
"Amazing services! Finally found some knowledgeable and sensitive doctors who cared and listened to my unique condition. I came here after a journey of uncertainty and bereavement from jaw injury from a years of misalignment, wisdom teeth extractions, and irregular dental cleaning appointments. I also had been to the Jefferson off Pipeline prior to this office and this is office much nicer."
"Terrible experience! I was not informed of exactly what was taking place and the bed side manner was not good. Went in for a root canal and after being worked on for awhile, an extraction was needed. I understand that being needed however after deciding to do the extraction I was left in the chair for around 45 min waiting with a bloody mouth for my extraction. The extraction did not go well and the Dentist had no empathy and showed frustration. On the follow up visit the dentist was impatient with me and frustrated. I was then billed an amount that I was unclear why and asked for clarity. After multiple calls, emails AND in person visit to address bills, I was given no clarity even after sending insurance invoices still no response. I paid due to receiving a letter about it going to collections and me not wanting to deal with it hitting credit and going down that rabbit hole. Highly disappointed...."
"I took four kids to Jefferson Dental and Orthodontics today. For 2 of them a 1st time dentist appointment. I was very impressed with the entire staff, they all seemed to work together as a well organized team. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to me and my children. Great service Thumbs up!"
"I was looking for a new dentist and decided to give this one a try despite the warnings not to go. The wait times are no joke. Every single appointment I had, I sat in the waiting room for 30-40 minutes past my appointment time to be brought back. Your time is not valued nor do they apologize for making you wait. When going in to get 2 fillings redone, it took a total of 3 hours at least to finish. After waiting over an hour for him to sit down with me and start, it took him only 15 minutes to drill both cavities out. He proceeded to then stand up, not explain where he was going, and leave for over an hour to work on other patients who were there after me. The suction tool was left in my mouth and turned on the entire time as well. After returning to me, he quickly and roughly began filling my cavities as it was an HOUR past closing. Not one apology either. The following morning I had at least 5 big ulcers in my mouth from this procedure which hurt extremely bad and took forever to heal. I've never had a dentist be so rough and I have never had this happen. Not to mention, if you aren't a fan of bite blocks (which are optional) he doesn't care. He gave me the dirtiest look when I opened up about how they bother me terribly and told me that I would just get in the way and he just put it back in my mouth. I have terrible dental anxiety and they are not the place to go if you have the same anxiety I do. A lot of the assistants are sweet but the dentist is the complete opposite. Another note, I switched dentists because I also had a tooth that had been hurting for over a year and I hadn't been able to eat on it for that entire time. I was seeking another dentist who cared and could try to help me figure out what was wrong. I was completely disregarded and he didn't look or care about my concerns. After leaving Jefferson's and finding my new dentist, she saw a crack in my tooth right away and was able to fix it and save me from a long 1+ years of pain. The cracked tooth was where he did one of my fillings and he didn't see the crack going down my tooth at all. I have never had such a terrible experience at any dentist office like this one."
