"First time visiting. At once ,the front desk attendant was so courteous! I was taken back within 7-8 minutes and x rayed by a dental assistant who was also very pleasant. Soon after the Dentist himself arrived, spoke only about what my appointment was pertaining ( which I prefer) and discussed a very reasonable course of action for that tooth section. He was very amicable and also pleasant with light conversation. Nobody loves going to the dentist;However, when everyone you encounter at the practice is jovial and not “pushy” on additional services, it makes for a pleasurable experience. I’m brutally honest but ,so far, can’t find a single thing to complain about. Mind you , I was in no mood to go initially. FIVE ⭐️ ‘s for sure!!!"

"All of the staff were very hospitable. I was apprehensive about getting my molar pulled, but the dentist was able to put me at ease with the assurance that he would handle me with care and that is what he did."

"My visit went amazing! The dental assistant that helped on my cleaning was really nice! She is the first dental assistant that was nice to me. I did not get her name but she was working on 10/04! I hope I get her for my next appointment!!"

"After paying close to $2000 upfront and visiting this office for 5 months to get the dental work done, I am totally dissatisfied with the end results. Of note, I’ve had to miss hours of work to make these visits which would be fine if the was done right. Now, the office is refusing to correct the flaws with the dental hardware and they actually had the audacity to accuse me of causing some of the damage. I would not recommend Dr. Yu. and I will not be returning to this office."
