"I would not advise this dental office. I called for information for a first time regular 6-month cleaning visit and was told by the office that new x-rays are required at every visit, whether it be every 3 mos. or every 6 mos. She stressed that it would be every visit in case something has changed. This says something about this dental office as x-rays are not healthy due to radiation exposure to repeat at every visit. Most dentists require x-rays yearly, or possibly every two years. Disappointed as this dental office is right around the corner. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH. It is my understanding the agency TSBDE that you referred to does not make rules, laws, or guidelines regarding x-rays. It is my understanding the ADA has guidelines only, regarding x-rays, and x-rays are a decision between the dentist and the patient. Radiation accumulates over time. There is no need to be disrespectful. Patients need to refer to the ADA guidelines."

"The dental work has been fine. When asked if they take our insurance they said “yes”. But we were charged. They apparently have some dentists covered and some that are not. So we got a dentist that was not covered and they didn’t tell us that. We are still fighting the charges. This happened to another friend as well."

"Your appointment is on time in the front desk makes you feel very welcome. The hygienists are very knowledgeable and caring. The doctors really know their stuff and how to relate to a patient. Best things I've ever been to."

"Couple years ago I went into this dentist office looking into options of my tooth. Dr. Sonal Desai is reassuring root canal, so I agree. Well she went past my root too deep, the crown on my tooth had a gap, causing pain and infection. Nothing was done right in this procedure, I had to pay almost 2k to get this completely redone. It would have been over 3k but I have insurance and I’m very grateful for that. On top of that I have a piece of this botched root canal stuck in my mouth that could not be removed due to it being too deep and behind my bone. It may or may not cause me health effects is what the dentist told me.I would recommend avoiding this place at all cost."

"I previously left a very negative review for this dental office and the staff. I now need to tell you I have removed my negative review and need to say that this week I received a call from Lisa and she told me the the doctor wanted to see my husband and take care of his bad tooth. She was not charging us anything more than we had already paid. She said that she was willing to not only pull the tooth but rebuild the bone and put in a new tooth all at no extra cost to us. We opted to just pull the tooth and we are getting a partial refund. I have to eat my words. I misjudged this doctor and her staff. They have bent over backwards to help us and we are very pleased. Thank you to the doctor and to the staff for everything you did for my husband."
