"UPDATE 10/09/23: ITS BEEN MONTHS AND THEY HAVE YET TO RESPOND TO ANY CALLS/EMAILS. When they do answer a call is also “we will call you back in 2-3 days for an update.” Then they never do. Just Horrible, it’s over $2,000 in damages that they caused. AVIOD THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! They do not handle your vehicles with care! Not only did they crack my husbands oil filter but they broke his valve cover breather. We will be contacting this place, stay tune for an update."

"So wish I could write a positive review because the guys there are friendly. The sad fact is they've let me down twice and the second time is costly. The first time was on a state inspection. Their printer wasn't working and they told me to download the pass report online and use that to apply for a Texas title. Well apparently that isn't cool with the state DMV. My title got rejected, I had to go back and ask for an actual paper report, and resubmit. Took an extra month longer than needed but it all worked out in the end. I decided to give them another try. A day after an oil change on my Ford F-150, I noticed a huge oil stain in my driveway. I returned to the center and was told it was "frame oil" - oil that had not been cleaned up by the technician after draining during the oil change. I was elated when James told me he would come to my home and clean up the oil stain in the driveway that day or the next. The next day, when no one had shown up or called about the oil spill in my driveway, I called and again James confirmed he would be out that day to clean up the oil. He did not show up or call. I am now forced to try and get this stain professionally cleaned as it's sat there for three days curing in the Texas heat. I can take the honest mistakes, but not keeping their word is incredulous."

"Never ever use this place. Used to be good. Now a bunch of unexperienced guys are running it. First my daughter’s did not pass inspection because their equipment is not up to date. They charged her and would not give a refund. Then I came in today for an oil change and inspection. Their printer was out of ink so after got my inspection I could show no proof to get an inspection sticker. They should tell people BEFORE they waste their time. Then after my hood was closed about to drive off, they just remembered they left the cover of my oil. I will never be back. Nor my other 3 cars"
