"That clinic is the worses clinic in Fort Worth located in 815 E Berry st. The person in charge, she said her name is Gaby, she was very rude with me and they haven't no control with the appointments schedule. They calling in and they send text messages to confirm the appointment but when you get there, they tell you you don't have any appointment. This issue happens for several times I don't know if is only with or with other costumers too."

"I do not recommend the orthodontics side of this office to anyone. My sister signed up for braces and was very excited to get her teeth worked on, she even paid full in cash. Her first appointment they did the top teeth, that same moment as she was done and checking out of the officer a bracket broke off. They had her go to the back again and they put it back on, while driving home another bracket broke off. She went to the office the week after because they are only there on the weekend, they fixed them again. She went home then a couple days after brackets broke off again and she had wire just hanging in her mouth, she again had to wait to go in on the weekend. At that point she decided to cancel her contract and get a refund because she was having to take off from work on Saturdays just to go in to get them fixed when they had told her she would be going in atleast every six weeks. She tried getting a refund since she had paid full price but they still charged her about $2,300. They said because even though the braces were never put on right they still used material to basically just waste it them selfs. Because they are the reason the brackets were not staying on. She didn't mind paying for the Xrays and cleaning products she had to buy but having to pay for the braces work that they could not do right was a scam. They did offer to fix the braces but come on they had already tried and the brackets were still falling off, would yall continue to trust them with your teeth? My sister decided not to keep letting them. Unfortunately it was an expensive waste of money for her but now she is seeing someone in weatherford and she is having a great experience. The manager did not care we tried getting in touch many times they wouldn't answer or call back so please BEWARE."

"I had such an amazing experience here. The receptionist charged my phone. Dr. O was very gentle and informative! I had an impacted wisdom tooth removed and I didnt feel a thing! No sedation."

"A staff member called me to schedule an appt for my child. I asked her how did she get my number if my child insurance is not activated yet she hanged up the call before I was even able to ask if it was activated already. That was very rude on her behave. What kind of staff is this dental office hiring. No thank you I will NOT take my kids to this office. All these 5 star reviews I can assure you is NOT from actual patients. They are from the staffs family and friends. This office has NOT been at this location for long."
