"Daughters braces: the last 3 visits at this office 1st visit was given appt card when we showed up they said no appt was scheduled and doctor was not even there, 2nd visit during the entire visit the girl was on her cell phone with her Childs school she took impressions for retainers, 3rd appt showed up for braces to be removed and retainers placed on, again appt was not on their schedule but I had the appt card so they worked us in then they cannot find the molds and was told that molds were never sent out to be made, re did the molds and said would get a call because they expedited it , never received ANY CALLS . 4th appt showed up they had the retainers but the same dentist from the 3rd appt informed me of ANOTHER screw up they didn't put the bands correctly which allowed a gap in the front teeth so she would not remove the braces, I told the doctor she was the one that screwed up the last visit for not putting on the band in the front. So now we have another upcoming appt which is SUPPOSED TO BE REMOVAL OF BRACES. with all that being said still DO NOT KNOW IF THE RETAINERS WILL EVEN FIT CORRECTLY . There is NO excuses for all this screw up when people take off work to bring their kids to appts. unexceptable in my opinion"

"Overall a good dentist but not the very best, if possible go somewhere else. I’ve been going here for the past 2 years, at first everything was going good but overtime staff and everything in general just got worse. I was scheduled an appt for a Wednesday, even though Wednesdays are closed which I had no clue. Beforehand we kept calling the dentist to reschedule but no answer, I feel like communication there is terrible. Also once we arrive to the appointments the wait time is usually about an hour long, which sucks! Also I came in to get new retainers, got the mold and everything and said they would call to let me know when they were ready. Month passed by still no call. At some point we called and they said they’ve been ready for a while now, yet they never called. The day of the appointment to receive them, waited about an hour to get seated. Waited another hour for the doctor, just for them to not fit. Supposedly they were made incorrectly, so we had to get a new mold and wait another 4 weeks. I feel like my teeth have shifted a bit which is upsetting knowing i went through 2 years of braces, but in the end it’s really nobody’s fault but mine for losing them. :/ Safe to say I’ll now be going to another dentist."

"Wrong location, terrible experience. You will never find this dental clinic @4200 South Freeway Fort Worth. We spent an hour going rounds and there was nothing. Call center was not helpful, they do not connect you directly with the clinic and have no idea where it is. There is a big shopping mall there. Finally I decided to drive around it and we found it. But it is completely different address. So, I come to the family after this terrible experience. and reception says me that as it is our first visit and it is Saturday they will not be able to validate our insurance and cannot see my son. Of course, I asked what the point was to schedule the appointment if they cannot see us. She told, it is not me , it is call center. Seriously? Anyway, I was not going to do anything in that place after that. If they cannot manage to give the right address, location instructions, and schedule the appointment when they can actually accept the patient... I am even afraid to image, what the quality of medical services they provide!?!. The only thing they can do is to ask you million questions about your history, ids, etc and give nothing after that! Never ever. Definitely NOT recommend"
