"It’s 6:45 and they’ve locked the doors. They literally seen us walking up."
"I walked in ready to buy a pair of shoes to hit the gym across the parking lot and left empty handed. It’s 3 people with unwelcoming demeanors for one. Didn’t care, still ready to get some shoes. I asked for two pairs in my size. Go up to the counter with the ones I chose. Apparently they’re “the last ones” and the right shoe very obviously has a whole stain LOL. I tell her no, ask for the other pair I had in mind. Some red sticker says they’re $69.99 and she rings me up for $79.99 plus tax. I inform her of the pricing discrepancy and she’s making it seem like I’M the crazy one because they don’t have their stock organized. She tells me “oh the price went back up, they just haven’t changed it.” Whoever “they” is that she was referring to… do better. It wasn’t about the $10 dollars but the principle for anyone wondering why I couldn’t pay that extra ten. The worst service. Losing a sale that was already in the bag should be an eye-opener because YIKES. The clothes are cute though, 2 stars for that."
"Customers service is very poor and the dark guy at the register was rude"
"First time here . . There was 5 employees and only 2 people were actually doing something idk where the rest went. . Selection is garbage shoe palace by Rosenberg had less staff and better selection"
"whoever owns this store should fire everyone and hire a new staff. there is no way a customer should come to a business within business hours and see others in the store but told it's close. this is exactly why black businesses get a bad reputation"
