"I was not happy in the way the some of the staff acted. I wasted a great amount of time because I was not kept in the dark about what was going on. I had an insurance plan, but was not told until the very end of the fee for a tooth extraction would not be covered by my plan. It appeared cost was the incentive."

"My first visit, I planned to become a regular. However, I was very disappointed in the service. There seems to be a lack of professionalism here. A lady who came in after me was seen way quicker before me because she knew somebody that worked there. Not a big deal. I had a broken tooth emergency. The Indian dentist lady seen me and gave me conflicting answers about if my tooth will be taken care of. It was a maybe we will pull it today. The next thing I knew I was told that was the visit and to come back another time for the broken tooth. The whole visit just felt very unprofessional and I chose to never go back. I could not take them serious and do not recommend."

"I was experiencing excruciating pain a few days after my appointment here. I called their number for help and got a call center rep. Over the next 36 hours, I called three more times and got a call center each time. I discovered that it’s very difficult to reach an actual person in their office, which is NOT want I from a dentist office. Call center people told me they would “send an email to the office.” I never heard from anyone at the office - even now, two weeks later. By the time I spoke to the fourth call center person, I was quite frustrated and in much pain, so when she told me she would send an email to the office, I asked her if there was ANY thing she could do besides just send an email. She said “no.” I told her to include in the email that they had 30 minutes to contact me. After that, I must go someone else because of the pain. She didn’t express any sympathy and seemed agitated that I would give them a 30-minute ultimatum. So, I dealt with extreme pain for days, sitting around with an ice pack on my face much of the time. I gave up on Jefferson and contacted another dentist. After two phone rings, I had a real person at the office who was attentive and sympathetic. They got me in to their office quickly to help me with the problem. They removed all the stitching, which had come loose, exposing open wounds, and replaced it. They also prescribed new meds and helped with good advice for avoiding pain. Thank you Stone Glen Dental in Keller! You are a 9 on a scale to 10, while Jefferson is a 1."
