"I would never go back to this place of business again. I was treated more like a number than a patient, and the customer service was worthy of half a star. The woman who works at the front counter named Delicia, was condescending and rude. I typed out a letter which listed the problems I had with the dentist and the treatment I recieved. I never recieved any type of response. That let me know how respected I was as a patient. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone who asks."

"I've had bad luck with dentist all my life. That being said, I would refuse to go until pigs fly, well I grabbed the umbrella and made an appointment. The lady that answered was able to contact my insurance and confirmed my coverages, and set up an appointment. Everyone was so welcoming and intentive. Dr. Davila came in and introduced herself and began explaining the xrays and telling me what options she would recommend. After explaining any and all options, the best treatment for me was to apply soft liners. I would and will recommend Dr. Davila and her staff, to everyone!! You can't go wrong with this Dr.,staff and location!! Kudos to all of you!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!"

"Called this place to ask information about my daughter getting braces. Misunderstood the first lady I spoke to I guess because when I called back to set up the consult the second lady named Delicia was super unprofessional. I was going to take her there,but not now. She totally ruined my business,as she stated she knew for a fact the first lady was well trained and didn't tell me what I thought she said,then as I'm trying to explain to her about maybe I misunderstood she continued to be rude and talk over me. I state ok,well you don't have to be so rude and got her name and the first lady's name so I can speak to the mgr...she stated you can call back after 5 and speak to the Dr...as I'm asking for the Drs name she said ok thanks have a good day and hung up. Very professional. Good thing I had this experience with her before I trusted them with my daughters mouth. So just in case Dr is wondering if they don't have a lot of patients...might want to change your rude unprofessional receptionist. If I could rate a zero I would."
