"Worst customer service ever! Rudest office personnel we have ever dealt with! Was told after asking a simple question about insurance that we should drive to Dallas and based on our income get it done for free, and to stop questioning the charges. Horrible"
"I usually don't do reviews but I just received a phone call that they will not see me in this office. I previously went to get my teeth looked at and they said I needed fillings and so I assumed it was a medical issue so I received fillings on my 2 front teeth about 2 months later 1 of my front teeth chipped and they refunded my money and fixed it. Now I'm having the same problem with the other tooth and I told them I would pay for it and they said I would have to find another dentist. I've never had problems with my teeth chipping until I came to this dentist. Now my teeth won't ever be the same because of what they've done. Beware of this dentist now I have to keep getting fillings until I get a crown. My teeth was fine before they touched them."

"Dr. Minyard is the most wonderful dentist I've ever been to! I've been a patient of his for MANY years. He is extremely caring he and his staff will go above and beyond to do everything they can to help you and get you in as quickly as possible. It's a Wonderful office setting. And he caters to cowards lol. So if your one of the many of us who are aprehensive about going to the dentist, Dr. Minyard is your guy. I can't say enough positive things about him. We will miss him dearly if he ever leaves his office/retires. Thank you Dr. Minyard for always being there :)"
