I usually leave the dentist with my shirt soaked from sweating profusely and my hands hurting from clinching the seat, but not here! Dr. Tran and his entire staff were amazing!"

"My family and I have decided to terminate our seeing Dr. Tran at Great Expressions. Two things that caused this were number one, we felt they had rather deceptive billing practices. By which I mean that we were always having to take a close look at the charges to see what things that were not covered by our insurance were being slipped in and having to decline them ahead of time. They never openly discuss these things or brought them to our attention, it was always something that we had to find on our own. The second one was that while we always felt that the dental care we received was adequate when we did have issues I did not feel like they weren’t taken very serious. An example would be I’ve been dealing with what turned out to be a cracked tooth for almost 8 months with the only recommendation coming from the dentist was that I need a mouthguard."
