"I honestly never leave reviews but I feel compelled to on this one. I had a series of unfortunate incidents at this office but the main reason I will not be going back is because of the attitude from the front office manager. She seemed to enjoy being as condescending and rude to the patients as possible. I should have left after I over heard her speaking to another patient while I was waiting to be seen. She had zero empathy for this individual and appeared to go out of her way to be difficult. Then, when I had an issue, she once again demonstrated a lack for any basic customer services skills. I couldn’t get away from her fast enough."

"I am someone that does not like to go to the dentist. A bad experience at age 12 turned into a lifelong dodging of going. My wife convinced me to try Dr. Tillman's office and I am so glad she did. Every person here is so kind and professional. The office is very nice and was quite busy. They are very patient focused and were concerned about every bit of my comfort and understanding of everything. When I met Dr. Tillman I understood why this is such a flourishing dental practice. He was nice, kind, cordial, thorough, professional, and above all he was caring. He cared about my whole health and not just my teeth. Also, even though every room was filled he did not once make me feel rushed or that he had somewhere else to be. I felt like the only patient he had. He thoroughly explained everything to me and gave options for my care moving forward. I would highly recommend Dr. Tillman DDS to anyone looking for a new dentist, especially if you're someone afraid to go."

"This dentist office used to be great. Dr Tillman got rid of all his staff except for Catherine the manager, and one other employee it didn’t take me long to realize he is out for the money. His manager Catherine is also very fake. They make you think that they are there for you it’s all about how much they can charge you. I was told it was gonna cost me over $6000 for my teeth in my fridge. Tell me I needed a root canal so I thought I would have a second opinion. I had two other opinions from great Dennis that have been in the Dentist field for over 20 years. Both told me I did not need a root canal and I was only charge 2400 for my fridge and for them to clean up my teeth. Their prices are outrageous. Be careful and always have a second opinion they’re not always what they seem. They’re not out to be friendly. They’re out for your money I thought Catherine, the manager was very unprofessional was very rude to me. When I asked for a refund he told me he would take care of me, but he actually did the opposite. . when I finally got her to give me a refund, she only gave me part of it tried to charge me more for stuff I didn’t even get done. Be careful and always have a second opinion. They are certainly not out to be friendly it’s all about the money there, and how much they can make off of you be careful there always have a second opinion."
