"I contacted the office today because I signed up for a payment plan that was to include my laughing gas in it. Chantel failed to include it. When I reviewed my bill I also noticed they billed for fluoride which I never received. Insurance fraud. When I tried to discuss the bill , (this is after my 5th call) the office manager actually asked me if I requested all services to be put on payment plan. Why would I need to ask for all services to be put on payment plan when setting up a payment plan. What kind of question is that. I was so frustrated at this point I said are you $^^ kidding me. Then the office manager laughed and disconnected my call. I have a time stamp of my receipt where I paid for and setup my payment plan same day. Received a quote for 196.00 got billed for double that. Plus I never received a copy of my payment plan I initiated. Do not got here. Children are actually running the office who have no idea what they are doing"

Every single member of the staff there was pleasant and welcoming, even at 7 o’clock in the morning! "I was INCREDIBLY disappointed with Hickory Creek Dental Group. I recently moved to the area and went in for a cleaning and to have a crown recemented. The dentist asked if I had a "deep cleaning" in the last year BEFORE SHE EVER LOOKED AT MY MOUTH! When I told them I had already had a deep cleaning recently, she then told me I needed a "laser" cleaning (their gum measurements were drastically higher than my previous exam, as well), during which the hygienist severely burned my lip in 3 places, which took over a week to heal. Then tried to sell me on the a replacement crown and MOST EXPENSIVE option for (despite the fact that I was sitting 2 feet from a poster that said there were two less expensive options that I was told they "don't do") as well as multiple procedures that would need to be done "soon". In looking at my claims from the insurance, speaking to the insurance company (comparing with other previous claims), and speaking to a dentist friend later who I drove 3 hours to see and get an honest opinion (who noted that I didn't need the "soon" procedures they mentioned), I discovered that the likely intent for most of what I was given and charged astronomically for (charged above the allowable amounts for insurance and billed for tons of extra x-rays and photos so I had to cover the overage) was a MONEY GRAB!! Plus, they tried to bill $95 for "hygiene instructions" - even though the dentist specifically told me I have impeccable hygiene and that was the ONLY conversation regarding hygiene. If you are looking for a dentist you can trust regarding your care and well-being, do not go here! If you want to empty you bank account on unnecessary procedures not covered by insurance, this is the place for you!"
