They made sure I was comfortable for the dental work needed and made sure I want not in any pain through out the process. They have followed up after the procedures, and made sure I was comfortable and pain-free. And also squeezed me in an appointment today to make sure there wasn’t any concerns about that I had about the procedure. "I have been putting off going to the dentist for quite some time due to poor experiences elsewhere in the past. I needed to have an emergency extraction and they were able to get me right in and take care of me. They were so caring and kind and really helped to ease my anxiety. "Yes,go here!!! 10 year old son had a dental emergency and his normal dentist was booked out for weeks. I called prime dentistry and they had me in 1 hr and 30 mins after I called...amazing! The staff is the best I've seen. The receptionist is a total sweetheart. He was so polite. The dental assistant was a doll and the dentist was very nice and informative. It was very comfy unlike most dentist experiences. My son decided to face plant into a ladder and broke both front adult teeth; on my birthday I might add. Most expensive gift I got. The staff at prime dentistry went out of their way and had a piece of chocolate cake and a birthday card signed by all staff working there at the time waiting for me on the way out. What!!!!! They don't know this but when I saw what was in the bag it brought tears to my eyes. First time ever going there and this is their costumer sevice!! All I can say is this will be my sons permanent dentist going forward. And mine when I get over the fear of past trauma dental experiences."
