"My kids and I enjoy coming to this dental office because it’s always so clean and they stock water bottles for customers which is nice. The staff is super friendly and they play movies in the lobby. There’s also a separate waiting room for kids who want to play video games. We’ve never had to wait more than 2 minutes before they called us back. When you go back, each dental chair has its own TV and remote so you can choose what you watch. The hygienists are super knowledgeable and gentle. My son had a cavity in a baby tooth which wasn’t bothering him, so Dr Paxton suggested we leave it and let it fall out eventually. My wallet likes that approach! Check this place out first if you’re looking for a family dentist in Keller. We are here to stay. -Rachel"

"I just relocated to this area and chose this dentist to relocate to a new dentist in my area. The ratings and comments were very high for the interaction with the doctor. I never had the opportunity to confirm that. My 3 star rating is based strictly on my interaction with his staff and the “rules” I am expected to adhere to. While filling out the new patient forms I was expected to agree to a $50 cancellation fee if I cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice. If I was 15 minutes late, that was considered to be a cancellation and I would be charged the $50 cancellation fee. Please note that I was 15 minutes early for my 3:30 appointment and never saw anyone until after 4 pm. Would I get credit for my 45 minute wait? Most importantly, I submitted recent X-rays from a periodontal practice that were less than a month old and requested that these X-rays would be used as my insurance only covers a certain number of X-rays per year and as a recent cancer patient I am trying to avoid repetitive X-rays. When I arrived, there had been no attempt to process these X-rays. I’m sure Dr. Paxton is an excellent dentist but I was not impressed by the preparation of his staff for my appointment. In fact! I was taken back by their comment that they were “very busy”"

"Since I’ve been a patient at Keller Town Dental, I’ve only had cleanings which have been pleasant and thorough. Today I went in with a broken tooth and Dr Paxton fixed it right up painlessly. "Dr. Paxton was so thorough and professional explaining my upcoming dental procedure in full detail. He answered all my questions and was patient and kind. I was so excited when I left for my 3-4 hour first appointment followed by a second appointment!!! The staff is friendly, honest and kind. I get the best cleanings and conversations along with proactive advise on home procedures. Billing staff is on top of their game and all costs were explained clearly and accurately, and of course courteous and polite. Thank you so much!
