Keller Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

"Keller modern dentistry is the best dentist office I've been to. And I've been to quite a lot. Dr Sarah was kind and very sweet. She did a great job of explaining things and even had printed sheets to help me better understand procedures. Hygienist Azaia was gentle with her deep cleaning. I was nervous about the cleaning because my last cleaning hurt quite a bit. She used numbing gel and kept checking if I was doing okay during the process. I also have a mouth guard that was made elsewhere. I asked if they could clean it and they did. I was taken care of very well and I will happily recommend Keller modern dentistry to anyone. 10/10."

"Will rush you to get things done you probably dont need. In these situations I feel taken advantage of due to my younger age and lack of knowledge. The dentist I see is very nice and knowledgeable just more of an back office issue. Also pricing transparency on both the dental and orthodontic side could be a lot better. All in all okay"

"My family will no longer be using any Modern dentistry location for our dental services. The dentist at Keller Modern chose to continue the treatment from another location that I haven’t returned to in more than a year, by staff that was highly inappropriate with me during an exam, instead of making her own evaluation for treatment. I have seen two other dentists since Bandera Modern dental and neither have confirmed that course of treatment as appropriate or necessary. I’m also disappointed that the staff was more interested in what type of pants I was wearing for a “larger body” than the regular cleaning I made an appointment for and cleared time in my schedule. It does not seem that the Modern franchise has any concern for the well being or best interests of the patients, only how much they can milk their insurance and their pockets for. The modern franchises should be evaluated by the state board and insurance companies."

"Do not go here unless you want to waste your time. My appointment was at 11am I got there 10 min early waited until 11:10 they took my X-rays and then sat me in the chair and got me ready as if they were about to start my cleaning and then left me there for well over 30 min. Finally got up to leave because as I respect their time they should respect mine. As I was leaving all they had to say was sorry and just rescheduled me. This was my first visit, I will not be returning. Unfortunately, the lady who took my x rays was very nice."
