"While Dr Cross is a good practitioner his office manager is rude and he over-bills his customers. Dr Cross is on my insurance plan and his office manager over billed me on 2-3 occasions. The bill was adjusted the first 2 times but the last time I was over billed he refused to talk to me and had me removed from his patient list! It turned out to be a good thing because I am now with Dr Trevino at Archstone and she is great! As a side note his office manager is frequently rude."
