"The stars are for the staff being very friendly but I read reviews about pricing and payments which made me skeptical but I still went. The employees are very thorough but when I spoke to the dentist himself, he was quick and told me what the plan was and I told him I’m ready to get better with my dental health and he said something which meant ‘hopefully we can help’, which after I spoke to the payment consultant, I see why he said that. It was very expensive even with my dental coverage from my job which is not the bare minimum coverage and even with a payment plan, there still was a very expensive down payment. I did not return and went to a local family dentist in the area that was extremely cheaper for the same procedures, like thousands of dollars cheaper and they did a payment plan with no down payment needed. (I went in for 1 tooth giving me pain & Aspen Dental’s plan was to remove all 4 wisdom teeth, then do a deep clean & then do something like invisilign)"

"I had a great experience today at Aspen Dental. I went in for a routine cleaning and the Dental Hygieneist did a wonderful job. My teeth haven't been this clean and healthy in months. The main dentist also did a wonderful job at explaining my condition and offering alternatives. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do so the fact that we were able to cover a multitude of things in one visit was really really good! Two thumbs-up to Aspen Dental!"

"They were super friendly and very understanding of my situation. They were personable and we had a great conversation while we talked about financing and my treatment plan. The dentist actually cares and makes a treatment plan in an order that makes sense so that you know its about your health and not about the bottom line. They hygienist was also caring and worked with me to come up with a plan to make brushing regularly easier for me. I am actually excited about the rest of my treatment and getting my dental health back on track. They financing was easy and they worked with me and made it so easy to get my treatment plan paid for."
