Friendly front office and minimal wait, it’s rare to visit a health care facility that considers patient schedules as important as theirs, this one does. Sales, not once have I encountered high pressure sales on a product they were pushing. The rare times my family could benefit from the use of something, the product being discussed was relevant, patient education is relatable and generally, the product is an over the counter product. This speaks volumes for their professionalism, as they care enough to educate without increasing their profits and good oral care reduces visits. Also, in this “tipping culture” it’s not even an ask here. This is just a no pressure environment. In the back, friendly, compassionate highly skilled, experienced professionals take care of us each and every time. If you have a fear of the chair, come here.
