"Definitely going to find another dentist, had an appointment scheduled for today the 2nd of March at 8:30. So I went and waited and waited and waited for someone to get there and unfortunately no one showed up. After 5 different cars showed up and waited as well they all eventually left. I had a lady call me a couple of days ago to confirm this appointment and it was set. Well upon my departure I see a sign at the top of the right had corner of the door saying they would be closed on the 1st and 2nd of March. Hints the day my appointment and a lot of other appointments were scheduled! Are you serious, at no time did they call to reschedule or advise me that they would be closed! So I just sat and wasted an hour and a half of my day to sit for a scheduled appointment with an office that is closed!! Definitely going to look for another dentist."

"Do not bother trying to call this office or reaching the staff. They do not answer their phone, they do not reply to messages from the appointment center and when they say they are going to email you...they will not. My son and I went to get service on Friday last week. I really didn't want to go to this office because the area has a bad reputation and it's far from my house. However, the location near my house was booked longer than his dental emergency would allow. After some minor set backs we did get seen and the Dentist referred us out to a specialist. The Dentist said she would call me on Tuesday or Wednesday to give me more information about the referral. I was hoping she would call me because I lost the paperwork for the referral. She did not call me. I have been trying for TWO WHOLE DAYS to get ANYONE FROM THAT OFFICE TO ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. They don't answer. They just let it ring and loop back to the Appointment office who CAN NOT HELP ME. I did reach a person at the local office ONCE she didn't give me the referral number. She said she would email me the information because I was going to need a special form. SHE DID NOT EMAIL AND SHE DID NOT CALL. The longer I don't have that information the longer my son has to wait for support and his antibiotic is going to run out. Now I guess the only way I can get the information is to DRIVE BACK UP THERE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. It's beyond insanity. ALL I NEED IS A PHONE NUMBER AND A NAME. I have called countless times. I have even had the customer service people email the office. NOTHING. I want to say I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN. Oh but wait...I guess I'll have to BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE."

"Front office staff was very rude & a lady by the name of Ale Flores was very unprofessional showed no patients and being very nit-picky with the process of filling out paper work just to try to get under my skin after I came in asking for the npi# of the dentist that my daughters insurance company asked me to get she said she couldn’t give it to me but I could call insurance company and she could give it to them so I called her insurance company, & after all was said and done the attitude just continued from the misunderstanding with the npi # the place is dirty & unsanitary hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Would not recommend taking yourself or you’re children here on top of all this I have been calling there office phone number all morning prior to my child’s appointment to get her insurance changed to this dentist just for them not to answer all morning from 9am-11am her appointment time get here and they are dead not busy at all no reason not to answer phone and now I see why they are not busy!! Worst experience ever at a dentist office!"
