"I greatly enjoy seeing Dr. Parikh and her Technician, who is always so kind to me. It has been approximately 2 years since my last visit. Partially due to heavy life events, and also because I got tired of dealing with the really rude, manipulative and passive-aggressive receptionist. She just made simple things so hard. She liked trying to prove she has power. I realized that I still am a paying patient and set an appointment a couple of months ago. I showed for my appointment. Before I saw the technician, your receptionist made the next appointment scheduling just as difficult as she had before. She still acts as if she just enjoys trying to prove her position at my expense. And, I am the patient. A few times, in the past, I did check her about her rudeness and blatant disregard for basic respect and courtesy, as well as not making things harder than they need to be. I didn't call her her out on it this time. I should have. She ain't changed. Dr. Parikh and her technician deserve 5 stars for always treating me so well, making me feel welcome and comfortable during my visit. That receptionist needs to truly rethink some things and reevaluate her affect."
