"EXCEPTIONAL customer service. From scheduling on the phone, to check in, go the actual procedure, to post-op..Dr.Cole is SO knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable through the entire process. My son got a level 3 lip tie and level 3 tongue tie released. His assistants were so helpful with all my questions and went over post-op instructions more than once with me. My son is doing incredible and I rest in knowing I made the BEST decision driving all the way from deep east Texas to use this facility & Dr.Cole! my husband hates the dentist and the first thing he said when we left was “I’d drive all the way to Ft.Worth just to use that guy!” Giving this place and Dr.Cole a 5 star review seems like it isn’t enough for the care we received.
