"I witnessed a couple interactions today that show these guys are running a good shop. I was just in for an inspection which they took care of efficiently. What impressed me was that the manager took the time to show a customer the old filters which he had her approval to replace. The manager also listened and responded well to a customer claiming that their shop may have been responsible for a missing oil drain plug 600 miles after the last oil change that resulted in an engine failure by communicating understanding of the potential cause and initiating the claim process. Those kinds of interactions build trust."

"I had my oil changed on January 17, 2024. I pulled in around 9:30 am. The man “in charge” came out and told me that I would need to pull behind the truck and it would be about 30 minutes because it is just too cold to be doling this kind of work. I waited patiently. When it was my turn, I was directed into the bay. The hood was popped. The oil was changed. I asked about my tires being checked. I was told that the air compressor lines were frozen because their workshop heaters have been broken and management does not care about replacing or repairing them. My air filter was not checked. None of the other fluids were checked or topped off either. So, just to go over the service that they were providing was just and oil change. Nothing more. I was directed over to the Firestone that was right across the street. They checked my tire pressure and filled them at no cost and with a smile. Maybe that is where I will take my business from now on."
