"Never got my car repaired. Left car and owner never contacted me. No communication after leaving vehicle for 2 days. Owner had a family emergency but still should have communicated with me. I was without a vehicle for a day and a half. Only 2 mechanics and no answering machine. Poor business ethics. I asked him how long it would take for him to get back to me with an estimate, he said 10 minutes. Went and picked my car up as soon as I could get an extra key from my parents in Arlington. It was a big hassle for me when all he had to do was touch base with me."

"I got stranded in a parking lot last week. Thinking it was my battery. I went to Walmart and replaced it. Not even one week later I came here and they checked it out for me and found out it was my alternator. Knowing I’m on chemotherapy and having to have my car by Monday, they repaired it in one day not only that he excepted cash app from me which made it so much easier. They brought me a bottle of water to pieces of candy and put a fan on me so that I would not be hot. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you so much for saving my day and making it is easy on me as possible."

"Well our very first time meeting this guy, was yesterday 9-15, an was nice an said he would see what he could do to repair my husband’s truck, I was just reaching out to him to ask if he was able to see. What was the issue with our truck, he never answered my phone call. So I just sent a text message asking the guy. Then sent me back a rude message, I just thought to myself wow who treats a customer this way,Then he says we can pick up our truck today, 9-16. I get there to pick up my husband truck. The guy said let’s go out here an see what they did yesterday, He gets in my husband’s truck it wouldn’t start, he tried about 4 times. So I ask him to please call me when it was ready, I never heard from him, so I called he wouldn’t answer my phone call from my cell number, so I hung up an called the guy from office phone he answered. I asked if my husbands truck was ready. He said I got cars in here that cost more than your truck, an they will come first. I’ll get to your truck when I get to it. I said my husband ask can we just come pick up his truck when he gets off work. He said I’ll push it in the street. So we just called to have it towed to another mechanic. My daughter an I drove over the to his shop, to meet the with wrecker driver. Then I walk in this guy’s office to get my husband’s truck, He started cussing me out, an told me I was worthless woman. I said don’t talk to me like that, he proceeded to tell me it was against the law to have wrecker service at his business, I said you can not keep my husbands truck from us. So then the guy cussed me out more an threatened me. So I had to call police to come an help. They did it was two kind an caring officers. They talk to me, then went to talk with him. And we got truck out of there. I Highly Don’t Recommend This Place Of Business For Mechanical Needs On Your Vehicle!!!!"

"Great Service!!! Today was a rough day for me I had to jump my car several times this morning then went to O’Reilly’s to get a battery they weren’t able to install it for me unfortunately but told me their is a car shop over by pearl st that can help you. Mind you I have all 4 kids with me in the store whining the whole time. So I jump in the car head over to this shop pull in and I’m thinking they are so busy right now I doubt they would be able to help me right now. I walk in and ask the lady there if there is anyway they can help me install a battery… She said yes we can pull over to the last bay and he will install it right now it should take about 10 mins. I was in shock! I thanked her and pulled over there. The guy was so nice and installed it for me! I definitely recommend them. Im still in shock that they were able to help me right on the spot! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
