"I hate the bait and switch tactics. Got an estimate for AC compressor replacement that was $1200 only to end up paying $1500. You will be told that parts prices change daily which really means you will pay more. My AC compressor was $753 bucks. That’s a 20% increase from quote. BMW dealership sells OEM replacement for $528. Biggest complaint is the kid at the desk simply doesn’t give a **** when you ask him about it. “That’s just the price…”. Told him that’s not a good way to get repeat business. Simply said “yes sir”. Don’t care about the slight increase in price, if legit, but this is a dishonest company we need out of Granbury."
