I normally do my own work, but after speaking with a mechanic and discovering how fairly priced the labor was, I figured it was worth my time to keep the truck there and let them do the work replacing a control arm on my truck. The repair was completed that day, in a matter of hours. They even went beyond the scope of my work order and fixed a broken clip on my door causing a terrible noise when opened or closed at no charge. When I picked up the truck, the invoice was for the exact amount we discussed, no hidden fees or extra charges. This is how service used to be, and should be, but is now impossible to find.
