"I went to get my tire patched after finding a screw in it, I was in and out in less than 20 min. He fixed the leak and make sure it was not leaking any air. He also checked my other tires to make sure I did not have any other issues! He was very professional and friendly, while he was explaining the process of how he was fixing it."

"I have taken vehicles to Max for years and he does clean honest work. However, he replaced the front brakes on my pickup, about mid year 2023 and they have a terrible squeal. I initially took the pick up back to Max and we rode, together down the road to duplicate the sound. Max claimed he couldn’t hear it and all though he always sales “lifetime warranty” he was unwilling to take a wheel off to possibly diagnose the squeal. I left, few weeks pass and I text him “I’m bringing my pickup in, the squeal is unbearable”. He responded by saying he didn’t hear anything and if I brought the vehicle in it wouldn’t be free. Understood. I expressed my opinion that the warranty should be honored, to at least look at them. Max got offended when I said “just cause you can’t hear the tone of the squeal doesn’t mean it isn’t there”! He blew up told me to never come back to the shop. I just feel like it was a cowardly way to be able to back out of the warranty. Max, if you don’t realize by this conversation it’s Travis Fowler. "Ladies run from this guy! He seen me pull up, then I had to chase him down to even talk to him. Talking with him was not even close to pleasant either. Wanted to charge me 130 bucks to tell me why my steering wheel shakes??? I've had 2 different mechanics check it for me FOR FREE and tell me what the problem is in 5 minutes! His response to the bad reviews on his behavior tells you everything you need to know. I just moved here and wanted to support a small business and went here because the shop is always bare, but I'm glad I spent my money elsewhere on someone who is a decent human being. I have never seen a business on google respond with name calling the way this guy does and pretty sure it could be deemed verbal abuse in court. Edit: I guess the owner can't read either. I went to a shop and they did not charge me a penny to do the work and they came out to me instead of running inside the shoo! It took them 5 minutes to lift the car and say this is what it needs lol good luck sir. Your response to all the reviews that say the same thing about you dosent need any more explanation Good job taking the court into consideration as I see all of the abusive comments have been removed! Stands everyone's point when they leave a review about this owner being hostile and rude."
