"We previously had work done at a Caliber in WI and they did an outstanding job. Our car from this one looks great, but I believe they failed to be honest with us and that's the number 1 rule in a good business. We were told there was a delay because they were waiting on a "skid plate". We had some scratches on the rear bumper from a parking lot fender bender. There should have been no need for a new skid plate. I even questioned it. Then 4 days later, they admitted that the skid plate came in but didn't know why because they didn't need it, but they then told us they were waiting on a vent of some sort. My belief is the wrong part was ordered and the actual part they needed wasn't ordered until they realized the mistake. Mistakes happen. I understand that, but be honest and own up to it. If they are willing to withhold truth about one thing, why should I believe them on anything they tell me. In the end, the car looks like it did before the fender bender."
