"This O'Reilly Auto parts is easily accessible and has plenty of parking spaces. The store is very clean and well-stocked. They had the antifreeze I was looking for. Employees are friendly but not very helpful. I have been there a couple of times and they are always "busy"."

"If I could give them a zero I would definitely rate a 0.. Bought our battery in 2022 went in today 12/22/2023. Mind you my battery has a three year warranty. Cause battery is not holding its charge Leroy and Ray asst Managers are saying that battery is different from my receipt. Product they installed. How is that my fault? Does That means they were taking advantage of women We pay and they install what they want. Will not recommend this store again. Poor customer service!!!"

"My visit yesterday evening was very disappointing. Borrowing my mother’s car, I didn’t realize her wiper blades badly needed a replacement until they were needed. With my lack of auto knowledge & chronic arthritis, I was looking for somewhere on my way home that could help me. Both associates let me know as soon as I walked in that they would not be assisting me with installation despite the multiple, very large advertising for “fee installation with purchase of wiper blades” outside their location. These 2 grown men could not be bothered to assist me because “we could get sick in this weather” as they continued to mess with their phones. I made my purchase without their assistance, drove down the street to Auto Zone where it took them 45 seconds to pop them on and they kindly took an additional 5 minutes to educate me on how I can do it on my own next time. If the rain scares you, this location should invest in an umbrella or two."
