Cavender's Boot City

"Was one of 3 or 4 customers in the store with a large number of staff doing various non-customer engagement tasks. Only one employee offered assistance, and the rest acted like they were inconvenienced by my presence. After waiting several minutes (>5) to check out while one of the staffers in the register area completely ignored me, not even if just to say 'someone will be right with you', the staff member that eventually came over rang me up without a word....not even the two that would have mattered most "Thank You". I won't be back to Cavender's."

"Access and parking is tough. Very busy area. The store is clean but could use a touch more lighting so people can read labels and see colors more clearly. Actually walking in and dealing with the staff was really pleasant. Angela was very helpful and definitely knows what her store offers. I was able to actually find boots that fit onto my size 3.5 or 4 (depending on brand) foot. Sadly I wasn't wowed by the look of the boots but they did actually fit well. The experience in store was so good we will return in future to check out the pants and belts."

I was amazed that these boots fit me right away, as I always have problems buying boots! A salesman came straight away and served me very nicely.
