"STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE PLACE!! My husband brought our car to get it diagnosed and they said we needed a "new transmission". They quoted a very high price and said it would take a week to repair it. We told them that we would pay them for their diagnoses and also the towing fee for picking up our car. They said that will be fine so we had the car towed from his shop to another mechanic shop. The other mechanic that we took it to said that NA Auto Service deleted ALL of the electrical codes from our car. They also said that they could not diagnose the car because it required a sophisticated computer diagnostic system that he did not have. The mechanic also said that if they were cruel enough to purposely erase the codes then they probably lied about needing a transmission as well. There was no way for him to check to see if we actually needed a trans since NA Auto deleted all the codes for no reason. While my husband was paying for the diagnoses at NA Auto, one of the guys who works there was under the hood of our car trying to screw around with our motor. My husband actually caught the guy and called him out on it. The guy said "I was just looking at the motor" and then quickly closed the hood of our car and walked away. Here we are 5 days later and still having problems because of what they did to us. We live out of town and had to pay for hotel, food, etc all because our car is taking so long to fix because of what these idiots did to it. I am seriously considering leagal action against this company. There is so much more to write but this is the bulk of what happend to us due to the dishonesty of this company."

"I had paid $300 to get my Ac fixed elsewhere and they took 2 days just so it can stop working again the next day. My husband decide to take my car here because he's had his truck repaired here and they actually fixed my AC that same day and didn't overcharge me."
