"Carol and Laura were very helpful. We were from out of town and in Louisville for Bourbon and Beyond. We heard the weather was going to be pretty rough and we didn't have any rain boots. I called and spoke to Carol who was very nice. She answered all my questions and even asked for the sizes we needed. I told her we were walking form the hotel and she provided directions. When we got there, she has one of every style in the size we needed waiting on us. Also, the prices were fantastic. We bought two pair and had dry feet all night in the extreme muck and mud of Bourbon and Beyond. Big thanks to Carol and Laura!!"
