"Morgan did amazing with my hair. She is so knowledgeable & takes her time."
"Just wow! I was so afraid to get a blow out because the heat normally damages my hair. It’s been a good 5 years since I flat-ironed my hair. This was also my first time in 10 years that I went to another hair stylist as I tend to be very cautious about who touches my hair. Amy was recommended to me by a friend and she did not disappoint! She did a deep conditioning, trimmed my ends, and did my blow-out. I was very excited leaving the salon and I was even more happy to wash my hair and notice my curl pattern was the same. I’m glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to give Amy a shot. I will be a returning customer! Thank you Amy! Jo"
"Looked up best salons in Hardin County. Decided to give this place a try. Amy done my hair and brows today. I was very impressed with her. She’s very down to earth and makes you feel right at home. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. I’m very picky who does my hair. She done a wonderful job. The overall style of this establishment is very cool as well. Thanks Amy for the great experience!"
"Honestly, I loved coming here because my grandma always came here, she was treated well, loved by the staff, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I got covid back in May of 2022. I had an appointment scheduled on the 18th with Heather and I got a positive result for covid on the 16th of May. I called and cancelled my appointment the 16th and had a conversation with whoever answered the phone and they said to me, “Oh I’m so sorry, I hope you feel better. I got it cancelled for you.” I said thank you, went on with me life. So I assumed my appointment was cancelled. I called today to schedule just a haircut, I now have restrictions on my ability to schedule. I can’t schedule without making a down-payment due to “No-call no-show” for my color appointment I had scheduled on the 18th of May, that I cancelled over the phone two days prior to my appointment on the 16th of May. So, I was punished for a mistake that someone else made. The tone of voice used was stern and unapologetic. I will no longer be coming back. I was treated as if it was my fault, I have a record of the phone call and doctors statements to prove I had covid at the time. Penalizing me for a mistake that I didn’t make is not right. I won’t recommend anyone to make an appointment here unless they can cancel and receive a confirmation that it’s been cancelled other than just word of mouth. I take customer service very seriously and the way this has been handled is just not professional. There was no communication that a restriction had been added to my account, nor was there a call-back when I “missed” my appointment. I was told that when I didn’t show up, there was a 4 hour block of time that no one was sitting in the chair. I was aware that was a possibility, and that is precisely why I cancelled my appointment. I knew a color process is lengthy and expensive. So I made sure I cancelled as a courtesy and respect for a profession that takes time, skill, and patience. I don’t feel like I was treated in a respectful manner, I won’t recommend anyone make an appointment until they make changes to their scheduling system. Send a confirmation when there’s a need for cancellation. I called to discuss this on the phone and was left on hold for 20 minutes, I ended up hanging up. This matter is unfixable. This review will not change. Thank you for taking care of my grandmother in the past while she was still living. She enjoyed her Fridays with you all in the shop. Again, I respect the profession and I respect service workers to a degree that most people do not. I have a lot of friends in this profession and I respect their hard work and years of training. So this has nothing to do with a lack of respect or a lack of understanding how a salon does business. This was pure and simple, a lack of communication on their end and the disrespectful and unapologetic nature of the conversation I had today with Heather. I hope things change."
