"I'm out of my meds and because of having a new insurance and needing Walgreens to transfer my script over, it's 2 days and still no meds. I'm livid."

"Conveniently located next to my work, this location is constantly filthy and the customer service is painfully awful. The floors and shelves are disgusting, with visible dead bugs. Yesterday I needed some acetaminophen for a headache, because my medication wasn't ready despite an automated message saying it was, and I over heard an employee blasting customers for being too dumb to read. Today I go in to pick up said medication and they are cash only because of a technical issue. Inconvenient, but it happens. However, all the staff are yelling cash only at customers as they walk in. I go to the pharmacy to ask if they will send in my medication to the location around town, and the tech with a bigger septum piercing than most cattle acted like it was a huge inconvenience. The whole staff behind the pharmacy counter where chatty amongst themselves, rude, slow to act and respond, and dreadfully unprofessional. There is an Apothecare across the street. I'm never doing business with Walgreens in Hardin Co. again if it can be helped."

"One of the pharmacist went out of there way to call me to insure I didn't take a medication harmful to my baby I've never had someone go so far out of there way for me and not only that helped me get my medication changed !! I wish I new his name but thank you !!"

"Hours always changing which can make getting your prescriptions a challenge. Reliability/predictability is important when it comes to medications. The reason I still gave 3 stars is because the staff themselves are professional, kind and helpful. If store hours stayed the same I would give 5 stars."

"I called the pharmacy to see what prescriptions I received automated calls from them about and to have them filled to pick up, when I called to ask I was told “no I don’t have any prescriptions for you!” By Maddison instantly, so I told her I received calls from them about my prescription and I knew there was something there I needed filled… very annoyed she said “Well what’s your birthday!?” I told her and she tells me she has nothing and literally hung up on me.. I call back and ask to speak with the manager when she finally came to the phone she began telling me how Maddison could have hung up on me if I was rude and disrespectful? And I assured her I was ONLY calling about my prescription bc of their automated call I have NO reason to disrespect anyone I just want my prescription filled, after she went on about how I was probably rude and that’s why I was hung up on which is completely not true and so unprofessional for a manager to come to that conclusion without having any information to back that insinuation up. Finally she pulls up my prescriptions I’ve BEEN telling them I had sent and after her going back and fourth for no apparent reason about why the automated call came and that I only had a few days to call back (which it had been 2 days since the automated call) she FINALLY tells me she will have my antibiotics ready in an hour… obviously I am sick and I do not have the energy to deal with “professionals” who are treating sick people in this manner at this point I feel VERY uncomfortable attempting to go to this Walgreens because of the hostility I was given on the phone for calling about my prescription. I have had ALL my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy for years and have NEVER been treated this way. This place really needs to evaluate their employees because they are treating people who are literally just calling for prescriptions AWFUL"
