(We kind of follow where ever she works at, so guaranteed their hair is done right) She is fantastic at what she does, and has high levels of customer service skill. "I called and ask how busy are you? "Not at all, only one person is here ahead of you" I live 4 minutes away and was quickly "checked in". When my turn came, another guy came in and it was "oh sorry, he was ahead of you but you will be next" then when my turn came 3 other ladies had just walked in and it was "oh sorry, they were a head of you but you will be next" but when she showed be the screen I was actually #12.and it was going to a long wait. Guess she saw no problem with me sitting there for another 1 1/2 hours. Thanks for wasting 45 minutes of my time by telling me I'm next, 3 different times. I won't be back. I'd rather pay more and be treated honestly."
