"My feet were still dirty after getting a pedicure and I had uneven, rough skin. These pictures were from AFTER my pedicure. We had scheduled a group appointment for 2 pm for a wedding. Got a call day of (20 minutes before our appt time) that they couldn’t see us until 2:30. No big deal. We showed up and waited and waited. Eventually those of us getting pedicures got pedicures. One person in our group got her gel nails done before anyone else and it was the deciding factor for the rest of us to NOT get our nails done. The gel was sticky, lumpy, and she had broken nails underneath the gel. The bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in so long. Our service felt like we were inconveniencing them the whole time we were there. So disappointed."

"Will never go back. I went a few weeks ago for a fill. The man that did my nails, worked entirely too fast. Cut my finger with one of the tools. I got them done again hoping maybe Kim would do a better job. Nope. Pictures shown are from yesterday at 10:30. Not even 12 hours had gone by before they started chipping. Nail polish is so bulky and bubbly . It’s like she didn’t even try nor care to do my nails correctly. I left so upset. Sticking to Paris nails from here on out."
