"The pharmacy has went to crap in the past year, so many times of them closing earlier than possible, they can’t keep staff which says a lot. I have had so many incidents where my dr electronically sent my prescription and even emailed me confirmation and this store will say they haven’t sent it. Then my dr calls them and it’s magically there and they give excuses oh it was out of stock or insurance issues. I call my insurance which I work for and it was never even ran through. It will give a PWI or DNI if it was ran. They aren’t able to give you a time frame of when medication will be filled, just tell you keep an eye out for the text or call. LOL! My medication is for a life threatening condition and going with out can potential cost me an expensive ER visit. When I explain it wasn’t okay what they did and the severity of my condition I get a “nothing I can about that, everyone needs their medicine just like you.” They have no regard for their customers. This will be my last month filling at this location. Off to Elizabethtown location where theres been no issues with pharmacy techs and my prescriptions being filled on time, just a little more driving I have to do."

"My girlfriend and I both had appointments for immunizations and after waiting 45 minutes we left without our shots. Walgreens used to be my go to place but they have been terrible. It takes an act of god to get through on the phone and the wait in the store is awful. I’m changing pharmacies. Probably to a local pharmacy instead of a chain."

"The line is ALWAYS long inside & drive thru. When leaving urgent care or doctor office, Meds are never filled unless I call & ask them to do it. Doing refills on the app are pointless as they never get done unless I call them. I’ve done a few deliveries to get meds sent home & 80% of the time the drivers can’t get on post so I still have to drive out, defeats the purpose of having it delivered home. Unfortunately it’s the only one in the area."

"As most everyone is aware, there are shortages on many medications nationwide. The pharmacy cannot control this. The store has been very busy and I’ve had to wait unusually long times to get my prescriptions. The employees are doing all they can and are always busy. There are 2 that have always gone above and beyond to help me. Always kind. I want to thank them for that and hope the Walgreens will recognize their service to its customers. Rebekah and Kila! Thank you!"

"I honestly feel bad for the employee at the register. They were clearly new and were in over there head and didn't seem to get much help from their supervisor. Customers were getting upset and leaving and I did my best to let her know that it wasn't her fault and that the problem is either Walgreens' system or training program. The supervisor did eventually open a second lane but did not try to ring people up in the order that they were waiting (she started ringing people up from the back of the line first.) Sometimes new employees just need a little bit more hand holding or additional shadowing. I believe a new manager could turn the store around."
