"I have inconsistent results here. The last time was quite good, with taking time to hand cut the top and making an effort to blend it well. Previous times it was get me out of the chair in about five minutes just running the clippers quickly over my head."

"I’ve always been extremely picky when choosing a stylist because I have very fine hair. I had been going to the same person for the last 6 years and the last 3 cuts I received were subpar, to put it nicely. So I decided to try another stylist at another salon. I read many, many reviews and I decided to give Laken at Supercuts a chance.. and let me tell you.. she nailed it! She was personable and professional and somewhat eased my anxiety about choosing a new salon and stylist. She took her time and ensured a great cut by going over my hair both wet and dry. I’ve definitely found a new stylist and I highly, highly recommend Laken! You’re the best girl! Much love and appreciation ♥️"

"The register attendant didn't want to give us service. She was "too insistent" on how long the wait would be. We said we would leave and she gave us a much more cheerful goodbye then hello."

"Got there at 4:24pm and signed in. Waited 5 min for the stylist to finish washing a lady's hair. She then tell me "we close at 5 and are booked and won't be able to cut your hair today and I'm the only one here" I just said "ok" and walked out. All of this was after while she was complaining to the customer whose hair she washing that she was new and had things to do and really needed to get out of there. Very bad customer service. I've had other time at this place where similar things happen."

"I came in a hr after they opened and there was only one person getting a hair cut and apparently they were booked for the day. Sounds to me like they just didn’t wanna cut my hair. I dont recommend this place at all. And the lady seemed like I was bothering her or that she was better than me."
