"The waits are long, my appointment was scheduled for 4 and I was admitted at 4:45 even after showing up 40 minutes beforehand. The dentists and hygienists are fairly nice, but the man at the front desk was rude in escorting me out of the room. Not knowing that they were closing soon and they needed to clean, I tried to close the door to the room where I had my teeth cleaned and the front receptionist told me to leave it open. So as im opening the door, he tells me “no leave it like that it’s fine we need to go” and puts his hand on my shoulder trying to force me to leave in a rush? We then proceed to rush out into the waiting area.Not a very good experience, and the management seriously needs to consider who they’re hiring considering that this isn’t the receptionist’s first negative review."

"I have been a patient at Ahh Smile for a few years & it just seems like every visit gets worse. 2 years ago, I was told I had cavities, which was strange to me because I've never had a single cavity in my whole life. When I asked to see the xray, they kept making excuses & refused to show the x-rays. I asked if I could get a copy of my x-rays, they said no, then changed their answer to "okay, but we have to charge you $35" I thought that was absurd, so I just accepted whatever they said. Again, this was my 1st time ever getting cavities, so I was unfamiliar with what the next steps were, I was LOST. When I voiced my confusion, they explained everything so quickly as they walked out the door. They just gave me my appointment for the fillings & I left with so many unanswered questions. Fast forward, once I got to the appointment for my fillings, I was kept in the room for about 1 hour & a lady comes in saying are you ready to go? And my response was "ready to go? No one has seen me! Other than you, no one else has came into my room." Her response was "really?" And walks out. Few minutes later the doctor walks in, without even introducing herself, but I assumed she was the dentist, since she did the procedure. Once the fillings was completed, she had me bite down to confirm the fillings are even, they felt off, & felt as if she gave up & with an attitude she said "well, if it bothers you, just come back and I'll have to fix it all over again". I remember feeling so uncared for & I felt dumb for letting it slide. The manager is just as rude & unprofessional. They kept charging me & complaining about my insurance. After speaking to my insurance they clearly explained that they were attempting to overcharge me, after i had already paid the day of the visit. I do not recommend this practice. I will not be coming back."
