"Horrible experience! She tortured my daughter, she didn't wait for the oral gel to kick in. The doc didn't even wait 1or 2 mins and rapidly starting injecting her gums. My daughter was screaming, she was in really bad pain!! I told her to stop and so we left. I hope no one else goes through this."

"The doctor was great and was very thorough with the whole procedure, I give her five stars. However, I have had billing issues with them since the initial consultation. First they billed my insurance incorrectly and I overpaid. Both my insurance and I have tried contacting the billing person several times but what a coincidence that whenever either of us call she is never there. They were paid twice for my procedure and I have yet to be refunded anything. What good is it to have a good doctor resolve your issue when you’re going to be billed twice the amount? They need to hire competent employees to handle these types of issues. This has been ongoing since March 2023 and I have yet to receive a call from the lady who handles billing. Save your time and money and go somewhere else, unless you like to be over charged and have no one be able to resolve your issue then yes you’ve found the right place."
