"Service varies. It’s not always the best. I tried setting up an appointment with my new insurance and they told me I could call in the morning to confirm if it was accepted. I called various times today the first time I was told they were still working on it. The 2nd time I was told they weren’t working on it and they were working on other patients insurance that were there so I should call back later. I asked if I needed to be there so they could confirm my insurance and they said no. The third time the lady said they would check and give me a call back because they had not worked on it at all. I get a call back 45 minutes later saying my insurance isn’t active. Then goes on to mention the insurance I had 2 years ago when I had already clarified with my initial call that I was using a new insurance and she was trying to tell me that is what they had on file. I asked if they were just wasting my time or what was going on because all I wanted was a appointment. The level of frustration when customer service sucks is so annoying. To top it off the women I last spoke with tried to blame it on the call center when I was clearly in contact with the office because one of the previous calls had told me they were working on patients they had in at the time. Please do better and don’t be wasting people’s time."

"worst experience. very good staff, except the doctor he is very moody , cant ask him anything or he will get mad and referred you to an specialist like he did me. he told me that he need it to pull a tooth out and i ask him “ wich one” he pointed at one and i said ok but are you sure that’s the one giving me problems and he said no. so i told him im not gonna let you pull a tooth out unless he knew for sure that was the problem, he got up very mad and the nurse told me that he was referring me to an specialist."

"I really recommend this place. I had a mouth infection from a virus earlier this year that was very bad, I couldn't eat or talk for a whole 2 weeks, went to urgent care and the meds wouldn't work until I came to see Dr. Matthew. After 1 week of treatment I went back to normal. Super friendly and understanding."
