"Chapala, your beef fajita nachos were incredible today, not only a beautiful presentation but the fajitas were so tender and everything was delicious not bad for the price, huge order could feed 2 or 3."

"Been coming here for a decade, the quality is good and the service usually is too. That said, their prices are higher than they used to be to where there are similar/cheaper options and honestly they are really skimping with some of their breakfast tacos. Like putting in so little sometimes to where calling it a taco is generous, as shown in the photo below. If they can fix that, I’ll come here for another decade, but been disappointed last few times Update: things have definitely improved last few times I've been here, back to how they have historically been, and so it will remain my go-to spot when I'm in town. It does seem to vary a little bit depending on who is working the drive through window (if the woman who's usually there is working, the food is always better), but it's always good still at least nowadays. Keep the portions and flavors like they have been and I'll keep coming!"

"The food is so good and flavorful! Plenty of options to choose from as well as specials. Great location and generous parking. Plus the chips they bring have the special flour chips so it's a neat surprise lol."

"Haven't been here in a while but tonight wasn't a good night for their food. The Enchiladas in the Chapala Plate were chewy. The rice was also a little dry. However the tortillas were fresh and the refried beans were very delicious. Service here is extremely quick and friendly."
