"I had a tooth extracted a few weeks ago, and all they. Gave me was pain medicine no antibiotics just in case or to avoid infection and the pain didn’t go away after a week and just kept getting worse, so I called to talk to the dentist the one that answered said she’ll leave a note on his desk and he’ll call me when he isn’t with patients and he never called so the next day I called again and said he was with a patient and he’ll call me when he has a chance, and it’s been 2 days and no call and I’m in extreme pain. And I’m taking pain medicine as much as I can, they’re all nice in the office but when you need to talk to the dentist that did the work they don’t like calling back, if I knew I was gonna be in this much pain I would’ve just kept the tooth’ that was bothering me in cause it was little less pain then I’m in now. And would be able to chew on that side if I kept it jn."

"My wife and I have been patients here for three years... everything has been all good, until today. I just called to make an appointment to get a tooth treated that's causing me a lot of pain only to be informed they stopped taking our insurance after December. We were never notified of this in advance so we could find another dentist.. Are you kidding me?? We as patients should have been informed of this months ago, but weren't. Nothing like needing your dentist only to be informed on the day of my call that apparently we don't have a dentist. Thanks for taking our needs, and my pain as your so called patient(s) into consideration!! They had absolutely no explanation for this, and didn't even offer to help me in any way. Do yourself a favor folks and find a "RELIABLE" dentist, one with compassion, one that's NOT going to abandon you with absolutely no notice. I am absolutely appalled that we weren't informed of this months ago. I'm absolutely certain Hardin County Dental knew they would not be accepting our particular insurance after December yet they negligently failed to notify us. Shame on you Hardin County Dental and Dr. Jeffery Brown. Also, we had appointments on February 10. I guess they were going to spring this news on us when we showed up for our appointments. Unbelievable...."

"I have very bad anxiety when it comes to dentists but Dr. Brown and his staff put me at ease right away! The receptionist (I didn't catch her name) was so hospitable and the hygienist, Cindy, was so nice. It's always much easier going to the dentist when the staff is friendly and welcoming."
