"Update: Phone number provided now seems to connect to the main UMC call center. They seem more responsive now. Was able to schedule appointments quickly over the phone. Excellent care. - I received care at this facility and all the times that I have been there, I had a good experience. The staff are professional and friendly and my provider has been awesome. If there is a room for improvement, it would be telephone calls. Sometimes when I call the front desk, I wouldn't receive a response. It would be nice for the staff to give me a quick "can you please hold?" message instead of calling back again."

"It is frustrating trying to contact the Clinic because they do not answer the only phone they have. He calls about 10 times and then a voice says Good Bye. I have been speaking daily for the last 3 business days in the morning and evening with the same result. They have no other number to call and they do not answer emails. Very badly."
