"My children and now my grandchildren have all been seen at this dental office first by Dr. Bauer and now Dr. Mora. Dr. Mora is an amazing dentist with so much patience. His staff is always friendly and willing to assist in any way they can. I have worked with several dental offices in a professional capacity from Laredo , San Antonio , Austin, Victoria and some in Dallas / Ft. Worth area. Not all dental offices are willing to work with families when it comes to pricing / payments Dr. Mora is one of the few that will go out of his way to help a family in need."

"Dr. Mora will only bother to spend 2 minutes with a patient. To top it off he refuses to answer questions, he is very unhygienic, extremely rude and condescending, etc. I'd be here all day listing this quack's failings. DO NOT waste your time and money here unless you want him to ruin your teeth and and charge you extra for it. Additionally, his staff of bumbling idiots is another hurdle you will have to deal. They are running some kind of insurance fraud here. They will accuse you of "stealing checks" but you can call your insurance who will tell you that they sent them to the office. So, those ladies are stealing the money and making you pay for it. Go out of town or just anywhere but here."

"Most of the staff is incompetent except Victoria. If you try to explain a dental problem you may have, everything is over their heads. Appointments take 5 months to obtain. The dentist is ok but often condescending. Ugh. Frustrating!"
